the day before

Today started off with the noisy city coming to life early… and when the sun shine on my face, it was time to get up. After mucking about for abit finally got out of the hotel to see this

Smokes coming out of Maybank HQ, in Jalan Tun Perak. I was wondering why people were taking photos and pointing upwards when I was looking down at the streets from my window. Hmm.. the building was behind where my window was facing. Only when I went downstairs and looked up did I know what was going on. So, I too took a shot at it =D

Malaysian Wok

It was 25th July 2009 (Saturday). I was at Miri airport waiting to come back to Kuching. But since I had not had my dinner and nothing better to do, I stepped into what seem like a decent place to dine in an airport. Alone, yeah I know, sad right?

Mid Saturday

Today is Hungry Ghost Festival +1, was suppose to go swimming today, but canceled. So instead I went with my parents to the temple to pay respects to my grand parents. Met up with my uncle's and cousins there. Spent about an hour there and then left for breakfast. We went to this location where I have not been to for a while. When I reached I met a dealer there, what a surprise. He took his family for breakfast before going up to MJC to operate his business.

one of the most expensive laksa in town. for RM 5.50 you can have this

Well its not too bad. You really get your money's worth. The amout of ingredients inside was massive by local standards.

for RM 5.50 you get massive amount of shrimps, chicken and egg.

Ack! this is my 2nd food blog! Which I said I would not do! well, sometimes its just worth it. This particular stall, for RM 3.50 you also get alot of LAKSA which is more than the local standard. Also its yummy!!!
